I don't know why sample code is not easily compiled.

I have to add many feature such as CONFIG_SERIAL=y on prj.conf

This is not a sample.....

Anyway,

I cannot run test at all because of this error.

Let me try to recreate it here, are you using the latest nRF Connect SDK v2.9.0 and an nRF52-DK? What version of the nRF52-DK?

I assume you have installed nRF Command Line tools also, what version does it say if you type "nrfjprog --version" in a command line (cmd) window? I believe the tools are tested with j-linkarm dll version 7.94e or 7.94i.

Do you have any other nRF DK for comparison?
