nRF Command Line Tools deprecation vs. nrfutil lack of support for Linux ARM timeline?

The "nRF Command Line Tools" page, https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nrf-command-line-tools says "Important: The nRF Command Line Tools is in the process of being archived. nRF Command Line Tools will remain available for download, but will gradually be replaced by nRF Util."

nrfutil explicitly doesn't support Linux ARM https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/nrfutil/page/README.html#supported-operating-systems

Is nrfutil going to add support before the transition is completed, or are ARM Linux users expected to be SOL?

The alternative way to put this would be "please ensure that there is a ticket that exists for the engineers to make sure they provide platform parity of support for nrfutil and the command line utilities, and please report back if they reject the ticket saying that they're never going to support ARM Linux with nrfutil and therefore are planning to regress functionality."

(Along these same lines I just found that nRF Connect for Desktop also doesn't support ARM Linux :-/  nRF Connect for Desktop - Is there a download/build for Linux aarch64(arm64))
