Modem crash reason 0x10, PC: 0x7afe0, FW mfw_nrf91x1_2.0.1

I created an application that stress-tests wifi scanning and neighbouring cell scanning, on nrf9151 with wifi extension board. Wifi network scanning and neighbouring cell scanning are repeated with a sleep of 10 seconds in between. Using LTE-M.

After over 10 hours, I observed a modem crash. At that moment, I was driving, so this could be related to celltower handover. I only observed it once so far.

It's probably not too important, but I wanted to raise it anyway in case it helps to find some root causes.

I'll see if the issue occurs more often but I'm only taking the device with me when driving from or to work so the reproduction window is rather small (if it's indeed related to celltower handover)
