Issue with Flashing using nRF Connect Exentions in VS Code

Hi there,
after installing toolchain and SDK (2.9.0) on Windows 11 (python 3.10)
I've successfully build an example and generated the merged.hex
but issue occurs when trying to flash 
following is the output : 

Error: One or more batch tasks failed:
- [jlink] Failed to parse 'NRF54L_FAMILY' as device family, code: Argument

FATAL ERROR: command exited with status 50: nrfutil --json device x-execute-batch --batch-path 'C:\nordic\myapps\ncs-fund\v2.8.x-v2.7.0\l6\l6_e2\build\generated_nrfutil_batch.json' --serial-number 1057776766

Have you from nrfutil installed device?

You can do this by running nrftuil install device

it was west update and nrfutil also . thanls
