Need help with software development for Thingy91

Hi.

I am looking for help with software development for my Thingy91 project. 

Project is very basic and I am ready to pay based on hour rate. It is very simple and beginner level. Here is description of 1st iteration:

1st iteration: 
* Thingy91 sends once per 15min to NRF cloud - temperature, GPS location, Air quality and Battery status. And this is no matter of Acceleration sensor, or whatever other conditions. 
* Thingy91 is BLE activated and visible in Bluetooth network as TouchSeen. It makes BLE connection with any other devices who's name is TouchSeen if center button is held 3sec.
