How to update directory in Segger

I'm using Segger Embedded Studio. I add some new files in the project. I need to update the directory by right click to Project, then left click at 'Options', then go to 'Source Code' and enter the full path of the new source file.

But I still get an error; No such file or directory

Did I update the right way?

That link  only shows how to add file, which I did. But we still need to update the directory path for that file. That's what I'm looking for. The instructions at that link don't mention anything about it.
