No access to DevZone in the Netherlands

Sinds yesterday afternoon I seem to have lost access to nordic DevZone and nordic academy, while docs.nordicsemi.com works fine.

I have tested this on my office network and personally local data and it seems like the country I'm in (the Netherlands) is banned.

I was wondering if this is intentional or an error. Or if my network is banned for some reason?
