Connection issue with BLE device in Android 6.0 Moto G(3rd Gen)

We are using latest nRF MCP playstore app. Since when we updated to Android 6.0 in Moto G(3rd Gen), we are experiencing connectivity issue with our BLE device. We have enabled all the required permissions (Location service, Bluetooth and GPS) and we are able to scan for our BLE device. But when we're trying to connect, it is not connecting. The BLE device is connecting and working fine in below Android 6.0 versions.

Any idea what may be going on or a solution to this?

Which softdevice and SDK version are you using? Did this work with android 5? And if possible could you provide a sniffer trace showing the failure?
