NRF54L15 compatibility with Matter 1.4

Hi everyone,

I'm working on the nrf54l15 with the nrf sdk v9.0.0 wihch I assume integrate matter version 1.4. I'm using the google nest max as a thread border router.

Can someone tell me if that border router is compatible with matter 1.4 since i'm not able to add my device ( commissioning) through that border router.

Correct, nRF Connect SDK v2.9.0 supports Matter 1.4.0.0. See this documentation for a mapping of nRF Connect SDK version to Matter version.

We don't have an overview of all the commencially available Matter hubs, so you'll have to contact the manufacturer to find out which Matter specification version they are following.

Which device type are you trying to commission? I don't know if the list found here is applicable to your hub, but if your device type is not on the list it can be an indication that it is not supported.

In that case it doesn't look like a Matter specification compatibility issue.

What are you seeing when the commissioning fails? Have you successfully commissioned your device with the CHIP tool?
