Differences between graphical Kconfig GUI and menuconfig

Hello. I'm a newbie and just starting to learn the nordic SDK.

When doing the exercise in DevAcademy - ncs_fund v2.9.0-v2.7.0 l2_e1, I came across the fact that nrf Kconfig GUI and menuconfig produce different results.

When compiling a project, everything works as it should. And in menuconfig everything seems to be displayed correctly. In this case, it turns out that nrf Kconfig does not work correctly and you should not trust it?

I use SDK v2.9.0 and toolchain v2.9.0, board - nrf52840dongle/nrf52840

Looking at the Kconfig itself in the code, https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-zephyr/blob/v3.7.99-ncs2/drivers/console/Kconfig#L42 , we have "depends on SERIAL && SERIAL_HAS_DRIVER" , so at first look this seems to be bug in the nrfKconfig. I have reported it to the nrf Kconfig GUI developers.

Hi!

Did you run "nrf Kconfig GUI " on "l2_e1", if yes, could you try to select "build" here instead,

and run nRF Kconfig GUI on that, and see if the results changes
