I ran simple Wi-Fi code but soft not getting enabled and I configured it but not working.

Hi, 

What NCS version are you using?

Are you using nRF7002DK or nRF5340DK with nRF7002EK?

Are you able to run Wi-Fi: SoftAP without issue?

Please provide device logs via Toolbar -> Insert -> file or code if you get any issues.
