Distance Measurement Sample Plotting RSSI Levels Versus Distance

What would be the best way to plot RSSI levels in dB versus distance using the distance measurement sample code? I see that the default code gives an RSSI open space measurement but from my understanding, this is not the same thing as RSSI levels. Could I use this sample code to get the measurements and plot the values? And would it be possible to make this measurement between four development kits at one time? I am using the nrf5340 development kits.

It's not easy to estimate distance based on RSSI. Especially indoors, where reflections and fading will cause the RSSI value to fluctuate with 10's of dB's.

The receiver is measuring the RSSI, received signal strength indicator. This is the energy on the channel at the time of measurements. It's loosely related to distance.
