Company identifier parsing bug in Master Control Panel for Android

I've noticed that MCP for Android version 4.0.4 incorrectly translates company identifiers in advertisement packets.

For example company identifier 0x02BE should be reported as "Seguro Technology" but is shown as the next company on the list "Redbird Flight Simulations".

Numeric representation of company id is also off by one. I.e. when I set advertisment with company id ​0x013E ("Nod, Inc.") it is displayed as ​​0x013F "​B&B Manufacturing Company". Other tools see correct manufacturer id.

It may be related to the fact that Company Identifiers list on bluetooth.com is missing entry 317 as companies with lower ids are displayed ok.

Ok, I've found the bug. It was related to 317. It should be fixed since next version.
