CE Cybersecurity certification EN 18031 Confirmity? : nRF5 SDK (v17.0.2) + nrf52805 Pre-CE certified Module

Hello,
We have created a new product with the nRF52805 "Raytac" Module under nrf5 SDK v17.0.2.

We are planning to do the CE certification soon. 

would like to verify a few details here before proceeding to our CE certification:

Concerning the CE & Obligatory standard of Cybersecurity EN 18031, is the nrf5 SDK v17.0.2 compatible? 

We saw a few other threads in this forum but would like to know a more precise response.

Side question:
1) How about NCS SDK say v2.9.0 compatible with EN18031?
2) I do see that the nrf5 SDK has been tagged as NRND (screenshot attached) -> so in this case do you suggest it's best practice for us as of this moment to switch to NCS SDK(our backup option is an NRF52832 module with NCS SDK 2.9.0)? as our product is a new design & we would like to be in production at least for the next 5-10years.
