Ebyte E73-2G4M08S1C D+ D- uses

I am using the Ebyte E73-2G4M08S1C module and noticed that it has D+ and D- pins. can we code upload via USB?

This should be possible, but how have you connected your device to the computer for example? And have you built and flashed the USB CDC-ACM sample onto the board? https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/zephyr/samples/subsys/usb/cdc_acm/README.html#usb-cdc-acm
