Swift Pairing doesn't work

I have an application for a mouse with nRF52833, s140 and SDK17.1.
The BLE advertising works in fast and slow advertising, and I'm following the indications by Microsoft on the duration and interval of advertisements.

I followed the hid mouse example from the sdk and copied the few lines of code with manufacturer data, but still i am not able to make it work.
Where am I missing something? I don't know what I could look at.

I also used a nRF sniffer which you can find below, where the manufacturer data is being advertised

I have found the issue, the tx power during advertising at the default value, was not enough to be scanned by the host. Increasing it was enough to see the notification.
