Can't write a code in my NRF52840 DK

I have received my NRF52840 DK V3 and i open NRF connect for Desktop and run "Quick Start", it have detect the board but when i try the hello world program test it is not working , here is my log :

Hi,

Thank you for your response, i have tried all the proposition but my issue have not be resolved so i search in the dev zone and found that's a common issue on DK and find the solution that fit on my problem which is this one : 

To reinstall all my software dev (Command Line Tools, JLink, NRF connect SDK for deskstop)

I don't know why but it work maybe because i was before developed code with a NRF5340 DK and all my software desktop was fit on the board.
