VSCode: nRF Kconfig unhandled options

The nRF Kconfig extension (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=nordic-semiconductor.nrf-kconfig) does not recognise some of the Zephyr kconfig extensions.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "does not recognize"?

Do you mean that they show up red in the editor? Or that they are not being properly displayed in some of the GUI tools, or when navigating through the code?

They are showing up red, which is the highlighting for incorrect syntax, e.g:

I understand. I do see the same. I just haven't seen that many of these def_***. But I see occurences of them in the SDK.

Just wanted to know if there were any other symptoms.
