"When I run the CDC ACM example to enable UART, it works fine. However, when I switch to another example that also uses the same USB configuration, the USB port is not visible. Are there any additional configurations I need to modify to make it work?"

Can you elaborate on which exact sample you are not getting to work with USB, and how you want it to work? Also, which SDK version are you using, and can you upload your changes as code/text? (You can either upload files here with drag-and-drop or you can copy-paste into Insert -> Code.
