[nRF51422 / JLink] No devices found on....

Hi.

I have nRF51422 borad and want to flash to nRF51422 with JLink.

I supplied to 3.3V power to board and is connedted SWDIO to p23, SWDCLK to p24. JLink is connected to my pc. I used the JLink command line tool and nRFgo studio tool.

Case of JLink display "No devices found on...". Case of nRFgo display "Recover failed: ..."

I attach capture image.

Let me know what do I check about it.
