Change the initial value of RTC after every Event

Is it possible to keep changing the initial RTC counter value after every event so that everytime RTC starts from a new initial value?

The COUNTER register is read only, and can only be reset to 0. However you can change the CC register after every event, so that the time between events can be modified as you like. You can refer to the RTC chapter in the reference manual for details.
