Hi Support Team
The VDD of customer’s nRF54L15 board is 3V, but the high voltage of P1.10 is about 1V. Did you meet this issue before? Customer needs the output high voltage of P1.10 as high as vdd. Many thanks.

Hi Tom,
Is this a custom board or a DK? If it is a DK, could you try opening the board configurator app? 1V sounds a bit low, though it could be the same issue as this customer had.
Is he only seeing this on 1.10? If this is a DK I guess that pins stands a bit out as it is connected to the LED. What is he running SW wise?

Hi Elfving
Customer run the locator_tag sample. We have checked that the nRF54L15DK has not this issue. The high voltage of P1.10 on nRF54L15DK is about 3.2V when VDD is 3.3V. But on custom board, the high voltage of P1.10 is about 1V when VDD is 3V. Below is the chip customer use.
Is he seeing this on other pins as well?
Has he had his HW reviewed by us before?

Hi Elfving
We find out that it's the soldering reason. I suggested customer to wash the board and chip and solder the board again, then the board can operate normally. Thank you so much.
Great, no problem Let us know if there is anything else!
