why scan by nRF UART can not find bluetooth device in some Android phone?

When I use nRF UART of android phone A and B to scan the bluetooth device, the scan result is below: first picture is the result of phone A, second is phone B:

why phone A cannot scan bluetooth device which address is CA:2A:C3:6A:C1:D8 ?

android phone A is: meizu note2 android phone B is: mi-4

note: five bluetooth device with name Littlehe-Demo-9-OTA is the nrf51822 run the example of ble_app_uart

Do both phones have Android version 4.3 or later installed?

yes，phone B is android 4.4.4 and phone A is 4.4.3

Please try the UART application found in the nrftoolbox container app and see if you get the same result.
