We are using nRF52840DK. Our main object is to collect the log for the BLE. We have installed the nRF Sniffer software and wireshark tool to extract the BLE Packets. nrf52840 dk how it will simultaneously connect to mobile nrf connect with wireshark. when we connect the wireshark not able to see the connection in nRFconnect mobile App?

It is not possible to use a single DK as a sniffer and a central/peripheral simultaneously.. When you're using the nRF52840DK as a sniffer with Wireshark, it's programmed with the nRF Sniffer firmware. See here: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/nrfutil/page/nrfutil-ble-sniffer/guides/programming_firmware.html This firmware is specifically designed to capture BLE packets between other devices, not to act as a BLE peripheral or central device itself. This is why you can't simultaneously connect to it with nRF Connect Mobile.
So in addition to a DK (DK1) that is being connected to the nRF Connect application which already has an application running on it, you will need a separate DK (DK2) which is programmed with the sniffer firmware. Place DK2 between DK1 and the mobile (the communicating devices) to capture the sniffer trace.
