As I am working on nRF5340dk and I am facing issues with flash memory. My application is exceeding the size of flash in nrf5340 (1MB flash).
I want to move to nrf54 series where I can get 2MB of flash. But my concern is if nRF54 fully released in the market like nrf52 or nrf53 series and SDK, DTS etc available for development? Or it is still in the process?
Can we get the sample codes for nRF54 like we have for nRF53 or nRF52?

The nRF54L series are widely available to the public now (it offers 3 SoC's: nRf54L05, nRF54L10 and thenRF54L15)..

It is fully available for development.. We have the nRF54L15-DK to test the nRF54L series:https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/nRF54L15-DK .. you can find information about it here: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/category/nrf-54L-series.. support for the boards have been added to the samples in nRF Connect SDK and you can see them in the requirements of each samples:
Any information on the nRF54H series will need to go through the Sales Team and you will need to contact your Regional Sales Manager for this..
