NRF54L15DK sleep mode Current measurement

I want to measure the current consumption on the DK with an Amperemeter. For that i have this setup:

Please excuse my terrible drawing skills.  Im basically powering the DK trough the PINS on D6 and have a Amperemeter in series to measure the current.

Next i wanted to  measure the current consumption of the board when in sleep mode. for that im using the offical example "system_off" in NCS v2.9.0 with no Ram Retention.

I´m measuring around  0,45mA when in system off mode.  But this is still much higher than the expected system off current mentioned in the datasheet which is regarding to the sheet at around 0.6 µA.

So is my measurement correct?  Am i measuring anything besides the SOC that explains the high current?

The USB-C Cable has to be unplugged for this measurement right?

It should be plugged in for this. While the rest of the DK is powered, you will only measure nRF54L15 current consumption with your setup still.

    No, im measuring 0.8mA.

But you first said "I´m measuring around  0,45mA when in system off mode. " and then "Disabling the VCOMs decreased my current consumption to 0.8 mA.".

How can it decrease from 0.45mA to 0.8mA?
