External flash support o nRF54L15-PDK board

Hi All,

I have nRF54l15-PDK board which has 8MB of external flash. Currently I am exploring on basic read/write functionality on external flash.

I am using nrf sdk version 2.9.0 as of now and using VS code.

I am familiar with Zephyr RTOS. And able to build and flash sample code. Now, as a next step I wanted to make use of external flash to read/write some data.

I need some help on getting started with external flash. As I am not sure what is the flash name and ID which I can use to define some partitions in the overlay.

If in case anyone has any input please share.

Hello,

Yes, if you are testing the SPI flash sample, it should be sufficient to the chosen property 'nordic,pm-ext-flash' to the SPI flash device in a DT overlay.
