Hello everyone
I am gradually learning Bluetooth, it takes time, but I need a temporary solution, I need a so-called adapter, Bluetooth <-> UART, to simply transfer bytes to UART and back.

Is there a ready-made solution in the form of firmware or open source code, where you can change basic things like UART baud rate, name of network, etc. using AT commands?

What you are looking for I believe is what they call NUS, or Nordic Uart Service.

If you haven't already, look at Nordics Dev Academy for Bluetooth. Specifically, Lesson 4, exercise 3. It covers NUS.
