Unable to connect to nRF5340-DK

Hello,

I have just received the nRF5340-DK development kit. However, when I plug in the USB cable to my PC, it's not detected. I have tried multiple USB ports and the issue remains. The issue is not with the USB cable either since I use the same cable for the nRF52840-DK and the development kit is correctly detected. My PC's OS is Windows 10 and the version of the nRF5340-DK is  PCA10095 2.0.2 2024.8.

Hi,

My first guess is that one of the switches isn't in the right position. Could you check that, as well as that the board is powered on with the power switch. It that doesn't help could you send me an image of the DK, just so that I can inspect that there is nothing obviously wrong with it?

So one thing is the board not being recognized by the computer, but does anything at all light up on the DK? Does it react in any way?

I tried different power switch positions and nothing changed. Nothing lights up on the DK. I have attached the image of the DK.

Which USB port on the DK are you using?
