nRF Toolbox for Android crashes if animations are disabled

Greetings,

I would like to inform about a bug occurring in nRF Toolbox mobile app for Android. If you have disabled animations system-wide on your device from accessibility settings for example, the app will crash when launching any of the services, such as the UART service for example. When animations are enabled, the problem disappears, but appears again when they are disabled.

Hope this will help others facing the same problem. Also hope that this gets fixed relatively quickly!

I have reported this to the Mobile apps developers today and created an internal ticket on this bug. Thank you for letting us know. Could you also share what Android device(s) you've reproduced this issue on by chance?

I confirmed the bug on a Sony Xperia 10 V running Android 15, as well as an older Android phone running Android 12.
