DFU fail, on nRF SDK 17.1.x

Hi,

The version of the nrf connect mobile app is not 4.29.xx but 4.26.xx.

The dfu generally succeed on our target however sometimes it failed on another target device. 

When it doesn’t work, I am attaching a video, attached.

When upload the DFU firmware, it disconnects at 2%.

If you swipe right in the app, you should see the log which may provide some debug information.

Are you only experiencing this problem with a specific version of the app?

Is it possible to attach a debugger to the target device and get debug logs? Maybe the bootloader is crashing. 

When upload the DFU firmware, it disconnects at 2%.

How often does this happen?

 => I'll check to gather the log.

 => We were experienced this problem with our specific device regardless of what's version.

       Another device is working good.

Is it possible to attach a debugger to the target device and get debug logs? Maybe the bootloader is crashing. 

 => We're sorry that we can not attach a debugger because the device was already on production with housing case.

How often does this happen?

 => On a specific device, it happened at the 100% ratio.

In addition,

 We've got that our overseas' customer reported this dfu problem. So, we were trying to find the reason and solution.
