Blend Micro to Windows 8.1

Hi Everyone, I just need a simple code to pair my Blend Micro to windows 8.1 and then to transmit data from Blend Micro to my laptop wirelessly. Can anybody help me with this ?

I installed and tried the simple chat application which works perfectly.

Did you look at the getting started guide? Instead of using the redbearlabs libraries it is also possible to use ble-sdk-arduino. If you use the hid examples you will be able to transmit data over HID. If you don't want to use HID you need to create your own windows application. MSDN has a couple of examples or you can look at our example for windows phone here.
