I have a question about connecting an external memory to the NRF52840. I noticed that it is not possible to connect an external RAM memory, but the QSPI peripheral provides support for communicating with an external flash memory device using SPI. When researching about FRAM, it is said that it combines the features of both RAM and flash memory. Would it be possible to use QSPI to connect to an external FRAM? If so, what details should I pay attention to when choosing?
