  • Hi,

The nRF54L15 and nRF21540 are compatible. Can you expalin in more detail how it is not working?

  • There is no change on the RSSI when I connect as I shown

  • Can you elaborate on how you have connected it physically as well as the full configuration you are using?

  • Hi, sorry for the delay, I just find a time to test but I still cannot use the nRF21540,

    My overlay is:

I have checked the document and it says:"Enable appropriate instances of the DPPIC and PPIB peripherals in the devicetree file" I have no idea about this so I have raise another ticket here

    My config is:

    I have remove R21 R22 and short R33 R34. I have also added CONFIG_NFCT_PINS_AS_GPIOS =y

The real diagram is like this:

Could you help ne using nRF21540 on nRF54L15, thank you so much!

  • Hi,

These configs look sensible assumign the pins etc are correct. Regarding the DPPIC and PPIB configurations you can copy the configuration from the documentation as you have.

Did you test this? Does it build and work runtime? If not, in what way does it fail?

Also, regarding your comment on change in RSSI, I take that to mean that you have tested with the nRF21540? Which HW are you testing that with? How are you testing and measuring?

  • Hi,

Yes I have check this , the error will be:

My comment on RSSI was wrong, as at that time I forget to add dppi ppib in overlay

I am using nRF21540 EK and nrf54L15 DK to test

    Thank you!

    the code is:

    2475.peripheral_uart.zip

  • Hi,

At first glance this looks good, but you need to use main as this supprort was added after the realease of SDK 2.9. Are you using main or a preview release? Which hash are you using?
