Using CrossWorks with SoftDevice for nRF52

Is there any way to integrate SoftDevice with entire project so I can get one hex from build? I am new to CrossWorks and nRF52 and I am developing BLE device. After getting one of examples (peripheral) to work I tried to prepare blank template with SoftDevice for future playing with BLE - is there something like this. I suppose I would help others to start.

    you could put a post-link command on the project to run whatever bits of mergebin/mergehex you want, but why bother? It's much faster to build the app only and upload the app only and only put a softdevice on the chip once.
