Can We debug the nrf52840dongle using the a Chinese Debugger (ARM V9)

I have been using a Chinese debugger ARM v9 which supports JTAG+SWD to debug my nrf52840dongle so that  I can upload my custom bootloader with my code in it using SWD pins but I'm not getting any result as this debugger is turning on but it is not able to detect my device i.e nr52840 dongle, so  does any one have any solution to it ? I even tried  to code my nrf52840dongle  with my nrf52040dk v3.0.0 but even this is getting me  a negative result only......

Well, as it's fake, anything can happen. Get a proper debugger.

Can you point me to a right one as there are many fake once's in the market
