Can't add device to the cloud

Hello,

Did you go through the provisioning with the Quick Start app?

If you have tried adding it via the nRF Cloud website, did you write the IMEI correctly with "nrf-" before the number?

For Nordic hardware like the nRF9160DK or Thingy:91, the device ID is "nrf-" followed by the 15 digit IMEI. Example: "nrf-123456789012345"
