download link is broken for nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.40.3, please help

I am using keil pack installer. but found the download link is broken:  

"">developer.nordicsemi.com/.../NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.40.3.pack". 

Could you please help suggesting the right download link?

Device Family Packs are currently available at https://files.nordicsemi.com/ui/native/nRF5-SDK/external/pieces/nRF_DeviceFamilyPack/

Please let us know if you have any difficulties downloading and installing the pack manually.
