Can i use nrf uart example with different uuid to send data

hi , i want to transfer data using custom profile. in which i want to have apple midi uuid service (03B80E5A-EDE8-4B33-A751-6CE34EC4C700) and IO characterstics (7772E5DB-3868-4112-A1A9-F2669D106BF3).

how can i implement uart example with these two uuid to send data over uart.

Do you want your mac to interpret data of from this service, as midi data? or You just want some type of "uart" but using this service? (probably depends if you are able to catch incoming data)
