Can i use nrf uart example with different uuid to send data

hi , i want to transfer data using custom profile. in which i want to have apple midi uuid service (03B80E5A-EDE8-4B33-A751-6CE34EC4C700) and IO characterstics (7772E5DB-3868-4112-A1A9-F2669D106BF3).

how can i implement uart example with these two uuid to send data over uart.

OSX supports the MIDI profile I don't think its a good idea to use the same UUID for UART. If you want to transfer data to OSX you should create an application that supports the UART service.

in this following code they are setting uuid of MIDI specification and sending data using uart. can i do the same for nrf51 sdk
