WindowCover sample not reporting attributes

I tried the WindowCover sample with the latest SDK 2.9.1, on NRF5340DK.

The sample reports the attribute when manually control the lift.

However, when controlling the life and tilt with commands, the command response indicates success but the changed attributes are not reported.

I still don't know how to manually control tilt with buttons on the dev board.

Sorry it was my bad. I used wrong command field ID. Now they are reporting.
