Using PCA10100 (nRF52833), Quickstart on nRF connect for desktop won't work.

Hello,

I just downloaded nRF connect for Desktop App, and plugged in PCA 10100 2. 0. 0 , 2023, 3.

I ran quick start, and this is what I get.

Any explanation on why I am getting this or how to fix this would be helpful.

Hi

I suspect that the nRF52833 DK is in a readback protection state. Please try downloading the nRF Command Line Tools, then open your command line and enter nrfjprog --recover. That should recover the board into an open state and the Quick Start should work.
