FW flashing problem for customer board using nRF52832

Dears,

I made module with nRF52832. And I made also custom board with the module.

And then I tried to write FW(ble_app_uart_c_pca10040_s132.hex) but timeout error occurred.

For reference,

HW connection is PC - JLink - Pogo pin - custom board(nRF52832)

Pogo pin : RST/SWCLK/GND/SWDIO/3V3

Please let me know why timeout error happen.
