nrf54l15 rram access limited to 1428KB

Hi All,

I am exploring nrf54l15 which has rram 1524KB. However, noticed that not able to access beyond 1428KB.

When build sample hello world code found that only 1428KB of flash is used.

Memory region         Used Size  Region Size  %age Used
           FLASH:       23110 B      1428 KB      1.58%
             RAM:        4432 B       188 KB      2.30%
        IDT_LIST:          0 GB        32 KB      0.00%

Can anyone please help me in understanding this? Or I am missing something here.

You can create a boards/nrf54l15dk_nrf54l15_cpuapp.overlay file to include this content.
