unexpected entries in build configuration

Hi,

I switched to SDK 3.0.0 and got back problem, that I had some time ago with 2.6?? When my code compiles, but controller stuck after many successful builds and I open build configuration, sometimes there are entries from different projects. "Extra CMake arguments" and multiple "Base configuration files" I didn't add there. Even from projects, that are not opened, but just in same /nrf folder. I tried to remove those entries, make pristine build and as recommended by AI cleaned nrfconnect-apps folder, open now only one project at time, restarted computer, but no success. I have to check before every build or flash, because I can't trust it anymore. Can't find pattern. Sometimes I can make 10 builds ok, sometimes after next build there are unwanted entries.

    I discovered, that when I delete all those wrong entries and build all 3 builds in project, all seems ok, no those entries in build edit, but if I "save configuration as preset", in preset, there are again wrong entries. There were no  presets before in this folder. After saving build configurations are still ok. 
    In this preset I see differences: I don't have revision in build - "[email protected]/"
    board root "../gw_51_3_fota" is not actual project folder and isn't open project.
