nRF9151 and PWM

Hi,

I was looking at integrating a speaker in my design and i have a class d amplifier that takes in an analog signal which i want to feed directly from the chip. I wondered if the nRF9151 had a DAC built-in, and if not, what the PWM carrier frequency is.

Hello,

There is no DAC no, but you can configure the PWMs as according to:

I don’t see anything mentioning PWM in the link you provided as it is about memory. I know that PWM frequency is programmable, but I’d like to know the range of frequencies available.

Alright, thanks for the info, I suppose higher frequency means higher power consumption. What increase are we looking at exactly between frequencies?

Hi,

Doubt it's a big difference, all regulators, clocks, and DMA will be powered here all the time.
