Segger J-Link Software Installation for Commercial Use-Case

Hi Team,

I am working on a project where we are using nRF5340/nRF52840 uC IC from Nordic. from past 2-3 years we were using this software hassle free but now due to to some security reasons our company has blocked its driver installation due to that I am not able to see matched driver(jLink CDC Uart Port) after connecting the Dev Kit. I wants to install it through  J-Link Software and Documentation Pack software installation but our company IT Team requires some proof of free installation of this software for commercial use case. 

somebody from Nordic Team give me some authentic Link and response for using the the software for my development work.

    that is binary file, how can I install this. but my problem is little bit different. please understand and guide me
    1> our company has blocked j-link related software installations so through the nrf connect for Desktop application I installed the SDK but I think because J-Link was detected by security it was blocked. 
    2> Now I wants to install the j-link software manually but that is also directly not possible because they are going to ask me the license details so I am accumulating the proofs for them that it can be installed on the system for the development work.
    3> can you please provide me the exact software for j-link only which needs to install and related documents or links which states that it is free for development with nrf series for commercial use also.
