Disconnect with NRF Connect for Mobile on iPhone

Hi,

We occure a problem that when we integrated HID,Tile and battery service, open nRF Connect by iPhone, we cannot connect with the EVB and show connecting. But when we open nRF Connect by Android phone, it turns to be normal connection.The SDK is s132 and the MCU is nRF53832. Do you have any solutions???

Apple devices are pretty strict with connecting to HID devices I believe, so that is likely what the problem here is. Do you have any kind of logging from the phone and nRF side that might tell us anything about error messages for example. Swiping left on the phone should open a log window in the nRF Connect for Mobile app at least.
