Where to buy a nrf51 Beacon kit with 3rd revision chip (32k RAM)

I will just reiterate that question again.

I really need to get 32K RAM beacons, but Digi-key apparently has only 16K RAM or v.1.1.0 modules. Could advise where to buy them?
