Can I update 1M, 2M and coded phy when the device is running?

Hi,

I believe 2M and 1M are OK to adjust, however, long range code added the extended advertisment, I am curious whether I can update these three PHY all together.

Hi,

Yes, it is also possible to request a PHY update to CODED PHY while connected. Step 7-8 in the devacdemy course  at https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/bluetooth-low-energy-fundamentals/lessons/lesson-3-bluetooth-le-connections/topic/blefund-lesson-3-exercise-2/ demonstrates how you can test this.
